Thanks to a collaboration between an ace software design firm and a renowned online casino poker player, internet casino poker fans will soon have access to an exciting, more challenging incarnation of their favorite game. Gameloft, which specializes in video and mobile phone games, has joined forces with poker champ Gus Hansen to create the ultimate experience for the many players who go in for poker games at online casinos. Million Dollar Poker, set to launch in October of this year, will be a revolution in online gambling, which Gameloft and Hansen are billing as “most accessible and advanced poker game to date,” marrying expertise talent, and strategy.

Gameloft knows that poker is the backbone of online gambling nowadays, says company Vice President Gonzague de Vallois. Poker games are the bread and butter of many online casinos, and Gameloft has accepted the challenge to step the game up to the next level. Hansen’s hands-on experience has assisted GameLoft in meeting that goal. Industry-leading artificial intelligence will be at the center of Million Dollar Poker’s magic, the quality of which has not been seen in an online casino setting previously, de Vallois boasts. The AI is meant to be always evolving, the better to challenge the player.

VP de Vallois claims that the AI will be so advanced that it can actually study the psychology of its human online casino opponent, and come up with the best moves to challenge them. Working with Hansen to develop the internet casino title, says de Vallois, was eye-opening and innovative. Surely this excitement will be passed along to online gambling fans when Million Dollar Poker is unleashed upon them later this fall.
